Discovering the extraordinary in the ordinary
Stories. Chicago. Human-centered design. Kids. Chocolatey black coffee with a donut (added bonus a solid read).
A decade ago I wouldn’t have thought that these wonderful things would be a part of my day-to-day. Now I get energized by people’s stories whether it’s during a ride share or at the playground with another parent.
As a service designer and experience researcher, I feel privileged to be able to seek people’s input for teams and incorporate them to build impactful, best-in-class digital experiences and services. The effort isn’t a solo one rather a cross-discipline collaboration. I am constantly inspired by the talented multidisciplinary teams of researchers, designers, developers, product managers, business owners, and leadership I get to work with. Not to mention, I am extremely thankful for the ultimate support from my loving husband– as he reminds me to stay a true Wolverine and that we are raising a few Wolverine cubs ourselves.
